The Geenty Group leases 1,600 s/f to TILO, LLC
Milford, CT The Geenty Group, Realtors, completed the lease of a 1,600 s/f unit at 132 Pepes Farm Rd.
The tenant is TILO, LLC. Jeffrey Schwartz is the principal. He will use the space for the storage of used household furniture and appliances. The landlord is D’Amato Investments, LLC.
Bill Clark, senior vice president at The Geenty Group, was the agent for the landlord. John Jaser of West Shore Realty in Milford was the agent for the tenant.
