The Geenty Group leases 12,637 s/f at 352 Sackett Point Road in North Haven

The Geenty Group, Realtors, completed the lease of 12,637 s/f of warehouse and office space at 352 Sackett Point Rd. The Tenant is Craft Beer Guild Distributing of CT, LLC, & L. Knife & Son, Inc. Their business is warehousing and distribution of craft beers, with 18 warehouses around the country. Ryan Wells is the general manager of Craft Companies. Barry Stratton of The Geenty Group was the agent for the tenant. The landlord is Sackett Point IP Holdings, LLC. The landlord's agent was Matt O'Hare of CB Richard Ellis.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
