The Geenty Group leases 17,323 s/f to PCI Medical
The Geenty Group, Realtors in Branford leased 17,323 s/f of shop and office space in Chester's Controlled Development District on 8 Inspiration Lane.
The new tenant is PCI Medical, Inc. which assembles vapor control systems used in the health care industry. They have been in business for 15 years. Philip and Clio Coles are the company's president and vice president, respectively.
The landlord is Ohaus Management Group, Inc.
The tenant was represented by Barry Stratton, and the landlord was represented by Kevin Geenty SIOR and Kristin Geenty SIOR.
