The Geenty Group leases 3,000 s/f to Little K’s Landscaping
65 South Turnpike Road - Wallingford, CTWallingford, CT The Geenty Group, Realtors, reports the lease of a 3,000 s/f unit at 65 South Turnpike Rd. The tenant is Little K’s Landscaping. Karl Kieslich, Jr. is the president.
Little K’s provides full landscape services to Wallingford and all adjoining towns. The unit with high ceilings, a truck height dock, and a drive-in door will allow Little K’s to relocate its business office and will provide interior storage for all of the equipment and vehicles.
The Geenty Group was the sole agency in this transaction, with Kevin Geenty, SIOR, represented the tenant, and Bill Clark represented the landlord, 65 South Turnpike Road, LLC.
