The Geenty Group leases 6,600 s/f at 688 East Main Street in Branford

The Geenty Group, Realtors, has leased 6,600 s/f of office space at 688 East Main St. Celldex Therapeutics, Inc. is a Needham, Massachusetts-based company who moved their Connecticut operations to Branford from New Haven. They join three other biotech companies at 688 East Main St. Celldex develops cancer treating antibody based immunotherapy medications. Avery W. Catlin is the company's senior vice president. Kristin Geenty SIOR was the agent for the landlord, Parish Farm Partners, LLC. The tenant' agent was Cameron Duffy of Jones Lang LaSalle. Lab and cold room space is available to companies who would like to join this suburban biotech hub.
