John Newsom of Florida is the vice president of real estate & facilities. The tenant is a division of Brunswick Boat Group, Inc., a national distributor of products and parts for the boating industry. The space was formerly used as office space, primarily open floor area. It has now been cleared of carpeting and the like and a truck dock with leveler has been added so Land ‘N’ Sea can use the space for warehousing. The landlord is Mill Rock Leasing, LLC.
