The Geenty Group, Realtors completes lease expansion at 150 Universal Dr.

North Haven, CT The Geenty Group, Realtors reports the lease expansion of an additional 2,250 s/f to the lease at 150 Universal Dr. The Tenant is Legends Auto Boutique, LLC. Giovanni Petruzziello is the Owner. This spring Legends opened their new facility comprising 21,200 s/f. This expansion will bring their total space to 23,450 s/f.

Several of Petruzziello’s companies will occupy the subject building. One is an internet based company that sells casual and sports clothing. All purchasers are entered into a lottery where the winner is given a high-powered, customized truck or car worth up to $100,000. The other is a vehicle sales facility where the cars and trucks are customized as above but done for the public or sold to the public.

The Tenant has begun a major renovation both in and out of the building to convert the premises to a showplace allowing for occasional small gatherings of the Tenant’s clients, among other uses.

The property is a 3 building site owned by AMMB Associates. Kristin Geenty, president of The Geenty Group, Realtors, represented the Landlord while Kevin Geenty, vice president, represented the Tenant.
