The Geenty Group, Realtors, reports the sale of 35 Main St. for $725,000. It is a beautiful multi-tenanted 4,087 s/f building in Essex Village, steps from The Griswold Inn. Amy Smith Sroka is the buyer. She and her husband are investors from Westchester, N.Y., who own several income producing properties in Essex. The seller is Bible Hill Associates, LLC. Kevin Geenty SIOR and Kristin Geenty SIOR were the agents for the seller. Kathy Schellens GRI of William Pitt Sotheby's in Essex was the agent for the buyer. Jeffrey Beatty Esq. of Guilford represented the seller. Attorney Jody Fay of White Plains, New York, represented the buyer.
