The Hampshire Cos. inks 53,352 s/f in leases at 1000 Lafayette Boulevard

The Hampshire Companies completed two major lease deals and one renewal totaling 53,352 s/f at its class A office building at 1000 Lafayette Blvd. Southwest Connecticut Agency on Aging (SWCAA) and Regus will join existing tenant, Citizen's Bank at Bridgeport's premier office address. Citizens Bank has renewed its lease for 23,475 s/f at the landmark office building. Regus, a global-leader in executive office solutions, has leased the entire top-floor of the 11-story building which features the building's penthouse suite and totals 15,377 s/f. The Southwestern Connecticut Agency on Aging SWCAA, signed on for 14,500 s/f. Michael Marcante and Penny Wickey of Saugatuck Commercial represented The Hampshire Companies in the transactions with both Citizens Bank and SWCAA. Steven Greenbush, senior vice president in CBRE's Stamford, CT office represented Citizen Bank and Randy Vidal of Vidal/Wettenstein, LLC represented SWCAA in the respective transactions. Greenbush also represented The Hampshire Companies in its transaction with Regus where Colin Reilly, senior vice president in CBRE's Stamford, CT represented the tenant.
