The John J. Flatley Co. secures 24,000 s/f lease for J-PAC LLC/Doyen Medipharm

The John J. Flatley Company has secured a long term lease at Malley Farms Business Center at 30 Centre Rd. Under the terms of the lease, J-PAC LLC/Doyen Medipharm (JPDM) will occupy 24,000 s/f, bringing this single story, flex/R&D commercial property to 100% occupancy. JPDM, a medical device contract manufacturer and supplier of medical manufacturing equipment is expanding their manufacturing operations in Somersworth and will now occupy half of building's 48,000 s/f. "We are very excited to have J-PAC, LLC/Doyen Medipharm at our property," said Thomas Smith, director of leasing, for the John J. Flatley Co. "The facility is an exceptional fit both in providing the infrastructure to meet their expanding business units and its close proximity to their 25 Centre Road headquarters."
