The Kalikow Grp. sells $3.86m interest in dev.
The Kalikow Group on behalf of K&S Westheimer Lakes North, LP has completed the sale of its joint venture interest in Westheimer Lakes North Associates to Land Tejas Development for $3.86 million. K&S provided financing for the acquisition and development of the 287-acre parcel in the Katy area. The property was subdivided into 1,100 residential lots and a 15-acre commercial parcel.
Builders in the project are D.R. Horton, Chesmar, Westin and Meritage.
