The Kane Co.'s Marchewka and McKean arrange 2,512 s/f lease
The Great Bay Chapter of the American National Red Cross has leased 2,512 s/f of office space at 273 Corporate Dr. from 273 Corporate Dr., LLC.
Since its founding in 1881, the American Red Cross has been one of the nation's emergency response organization.
The Great Bay Chapter has served the greater Seacoast region for over 90 years. The new office space is designed to cost-effectively fit the current needs of this busy organization.
