The Kane Co. sells 14,500 s/f former Adam Window and Door building; 181 Charles Street sold to Collins Sports Center, Inc.
Stephen and Nicholas Marcotte, owners of Collins Sports Center, Inc. have purchased the former Adam Window and Door building at 181 Charles St.
The 14,500 s/f building will be the new home for their family owned screen printing and embroidery business for sporting goods and promotional materials.
Joseph Kane of The Kane Co. listed the property and procured the buyer.
