The siding has gone up, the windows have gone in and a fresh coat of paint has been applied - with a twist. The building fronts aren't outside; they are part of the "homes" inside the Marvin Design Gallery by Eldredge, opening this fall on Marginal Way.
Eldredge Lumber & Hardware hired Wright-Ryan Homes to fit-up their 4,500 s/f showroom in early 2010, and now they are getting ready to show it off. Wright-Ryan Homes built the "home-like" settings inside of the actual building. These settings differ from traditional to more modern, showcasing a wide variety of premier windows and doors available. With detail carefully paid attention to, the interior spaces are unique and interesting in their own right. The building also includes WiFi and two presentation areas, one within the showroom and one in the conference room. As Wright-Ryan's project manager for this job, Andy Seymour has had a great time working on this job, "Wright-Ryan Homes and our subcontractors had a lot of fun with this project. This was a technically challenging project that was a true collaboration between the builder and the owner, Eldredge Lumber."
The opening of the Marvin Design Gallery by Eldredge was on October 23.
