Hampton, NH The Kane Company negotiated the sale of 9 Merrill Industrial Dr.

Built in 1989, the 20,000 s/f building is designed for any small to mid-size distribution company. With a high-bay warehouse that could be converted to a small manufacturing facility, the building includes office space, three loading docks, and on-site parking.

Jean Kane, principal of The Kane Co., represented the seller and procured the buyer, Wollner USA, LLC.

Wollner USA, LLC, Portsmouth, N.H., is the North American division of Wollner GmbH & Co. KG, Rodental, Germany. Wollner is represented all over the world as a specialist for electro-technical safety systems in the setup and assembly of bus bar systems used primarily for industrial motor control.
