The Kane Company brokers 46,197 s/f sale

Hampstead, NH Cub Pond LLC, has purchased a 46,197 s/f facility at 184 Rte. 111, from Consolidated Container Company LP of Omaha, Nebraska. Cub Pond is a small organization in the storage business.

Jean Kane of The Kane Company listed the property and Douglas Martin of KW Commercial procured the buyer.
