The Landis Group leases 20,000 s/f to Northwestern Mutual

According to The Landis Group, a leading real estate development and management firm, Northwestern Mutual - Stamford has signed a long-term agreement to occupy 20,000 s/f at 400 Atlantic St.
Northwestern Mutual is the most recent first-class employer to occupy space at the 15-story, 500,000 s/f class A office tower. Over the past few months, The Navigators Group and Charter Communications relocated to 400 Atlantic. Other prominent names on tenant roster include UBS, American Express, The Santander Group and Harman Kardon.

400 Atlantic St. has achieved LEED Silver Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) for Existing Buildings. Last year, the site was named The Office Building of the Year (TOBY) from the Southern Connecticut Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) in the 500,000 to 1 million s/f, multi-tenant category. Additionally, the property achieved the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) prestigious Energy Star recognition, the national symbol for superior energy efficiency and environmental protection. Commercial buildings that earn Energy Star recognition use 35% less energy and generate 35% fewer greenhouse gas emissions than similar buildings across the nation.
