The Mall at Rockingham Park welcomes Brown as general manager

Salem, NH The Mall at Rockingham Park, one of New England’s premier destinations for tax-free and fashion-forward shopping, has appointed Steffan Brown as the center’s general manager.

Brown brings more than a decade of experience across Simon’s New Hampshire portfolio to his new role, having first joined the Rockingham Park team as a security officer, working his way up to assistant director of security and eventually to director of security before transitioning to the operations side of the business. From there, he held a series of progressively senior roles, including director of operations at Rockingham Park, area director of operations overseeing both Rockingham Park and The Mall of New Hampshire, and most recently general manager of The Mall of New Hampshire. His return to The Mall at Rockingham Park as its top leader represents the full arc of a career built from the ground up within the same organization.

In his new role, Brown will oversee all aspects of center operations, with a focus on maximizing the property’s performance and continuing its momentum as a premier destination in Southern New Hampshire.

“The Mall at Rockingham Park is where my career began, and coming back as General Manager is an incredible full circle moment,” said Brown. “Having experienced this center from so many different vantage points over the years, I have a deep appreciation for what makes it special, and I look forward to building on that foundation as we continue to grow.

Brown holds a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies from Southern New Hampshire University, and was a member of Nu Iota Criminal Justice Honor Society and the National Honor Society for Collegiate Scholars.
