The Nery Corporation sells Black Bass Grille

Kevin Nery of The Nery Corporation has sold the Black Bass Grille. The transaction included the business and real estate at 3 Water St. The Nery Corporation represented the seller, 3 Water Street, Inc./3 Water Street Realty Trust, and Olde Dartmouth Southeby's International Realty represented the buyer, Matthew Rooney, formerly general manager of The Kinsale Inn in Mattapoisett. The restaurant closed for renovations and reopened on May 11. The Black Bass Grille is a well known popular local gathering place serving lunch and dinner.
