The New Haven Middlesex Association of Realtors Commercial Investment Division (CID) hosts Deals of the Year
New Haven, CT The New Haven Middlesex Association of Realtors Commercial Investment Division (CID) named the CID “2017 Deals of the Year” at the group’s annual dinner and awards ceremony held on December 13 at the New Haven Country Club. CID recognized industrial and commercial real estate transactions topping $125 million in the Greater New Haven market during 2017, according to 2017 CID chairman Ken Ginsberg.
The event was sponsored by the Connecticut Economic Resource Council (CERC), BL Companies, Schaefer Inspection Company and Tanks Be Gone.
Ginsberg led the ceremonies, along with incoming 2018 chair Toby Brimberg.
