According to Cushman & Wakefield of Connecticut, Inc., a major capital improvement program at The Pinnacle at Merritt 8, a 178,000 s/f Class A office property located at 99 Hawley Lane, has been completed.
The property was renamed The Pinnacle at Merritt 8 following its purchase last year by Phoenix Capital Partners, LLC. To accommodate new and existing tenants, the property owner implemented significant capital improvements that included upgrades to the lobby, common areas, café, building entranceways, landscaping, and the addition of an exterior canopy that connects to the enclosed parking garage.
