The Procopio Companies begins
preleasing at 290-unit The Beck

Haverhill, MA The Procopio Companies (Procopio), has launched preleasing for The Beck, a premier mixed-use multifamily development. The 290-unit community is set to welcome its first residents in March.

Located adjacent to the Bradford MBTA commuter rail station, The Beck offers a selection of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, many featuring scenic views of the Merrimack River. Each residence is designed with modern, high-end finishes, including stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, walk-in closets, and in-unit laundry.

The Beck’s resort-style amenities maximize its waterfront location, offering residents a fitness center, sports lounge, and an expansive outdoor area complete with a resort-style pool, fire pit, patio, and barbecue area overlooking the river. The development also features 6,000 s/f of ground-floor retail and dining space, contributing to the vibrant local community. Additionally, residents will enjoy direct access to the newly developed 1.4-acre public waterfront park, which includes a playground, splash pad, and dog park.

“With this project nearing completion, we can all see the grand shared vision our team and the city of Haverhill had for this property. From the new public park and infrastructure to the grand amenities and the sweeping views, this project really showcases the city’s potential,” said Dave Roache, vice president of development and The Procopio Companies. “We are really excited to welcome new residents, who will be able to enjoy all the luxury this property has to offer while being a convenient walk to Downtown Haverhill and the T. It is a remarkable transformation for this area.”

Designed by CUBE3 and engineered by Bohler, The Beck is being constructed by Dellbrook | JKS.
