The Procopio Companies names Charlesgate as property manager for two sites: Ironwood Apartments, Lynn, MA and Sedna Beverly Waterfront, Beverly, MA

Beverly, MA The Procopio Companies (Procopio), a fourth-generation, full service real estate development and construction management firm based in Lynnfield, Mass., has named Charlesgate Property Management as the new property manager at Procopio’s Ironwood Apartments in Lynn, MA and Sedna Beverly Waterfront Apartments in Beverly, MA. Charlesgate Property Management is a division of Charlesgate Realty Group, one of Boston’s most sophisticated and comprehensive real estate firms.
