The Simboli Properties breaks ground on new 26,000 s/f Baldor Boston high bay refrigeration and freezer space
The Simboli Properties broke ground in June on the new Baldor Boston warehouse at 215 Williams St. The Simboli Props., which negotiated the new Baldor lease (http://nerej.com/55687), negotiated $2.7 million in new financing through Citizens Bank to complete the project.

The new facility will encompass over 26,000 s/f of high bay refrigeration and freezer space, more than tripling Baldor Boston's previous space of 7 years on Second St. in Chelsea."
