The Simon Konover Co. breaks ground on 5,000 s/f
624 West Main Street - Norwich, CTNorwich, CT The Simon Konover Co. broke ground on a new retail building located at 624 West Main St. This is the latest expansion of retail space on the corner of West Main St., Rte. 82, and Norman Rd. by The Simon Konover Company.
The new 5,000 s/f building will be located at Marcus Plaza, northwest of the existing shopping center. New leases have been signed with Moe’s Southwest Grill and We R Wireless, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer. Construction is scheduled to be completed in May, 2017. The property is owned by Norwich Realty Associates, LLC, an affiliate of The Simon Konover Company and is being developed by Sikon Development Corporation (SKC).
