Narragansett, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty negotiated the sale of 81 South Pier Rd. for $2.7 million. The sellers were represented by The Soby-Roberts Team, sales associates with Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. Nicholas Hayes of Remax Revolution represented the buyer.

According to data from the MLS, this is the highest sale in the Pier neighborhood of town for 2026.

This five-bedroom residence blends seaside elegance with modern luxury across 3,200 s/f of living space. Designer finishes, a spa-inspired primary suite, private elevator, ocean-view decks, and an appointed outdoor retreat define the location.
