The lease is a long-term lease with renewal options. The Southpoint Group represented both the landlord, 143-145 Main Street LLC c/o Seligson Properties as well as the tenant, AMEC Carting, in this transaction. The Southpoint Group is the exclusive leasing agent for 145 Main St.
