The Stevens Group handles Astaro's 15,000 s/f lease in Wilmington, Mass.

Debra Stevens, CCIM and principal of The Stevens Group, represented Astaro Corp. in the leasing of 15,000 s/f of office space at 260 Fordham Rd. Astaro, simplifying your email, web and network security, offers complete and easy to use internet security appliances. Astaro protects over 100,000 networks and is headquartered in Burlington, Mass., and Karlsruhe, Germany. Their new office location gives Astaro access to Rte. 93 and will accommodate the company's rapid growth and expansion in the technology space. The landlord was represented by Derek Cook and Eric Anderson of Cummings Park. The Stevens Group is a commercial real estate advisory firm. located in Boston, MA that specializes in representing companies in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate.
