The Stevens Group represents Cogito Health in leasing of 2,100 s/f
Debra Stevens, CCIM of The Stevens Group, represented Cogito Health in the leasing of 2,100 s/f of office space in The Schrafft Center at 529 Main St.
Cogito Health is moving into the Schrafft Ctr. space along with its affiliate company Dimagi, which has international health and education development projects.
"We are excited about our move and have been impressed by Debra Stevens' high energy and commitment to excellent service," said Joshua Feast, Cogito Health CEO.
William Bush, VP of the Flatley Co., negotiated on behalf of the landlord.
