The Stubblebine Co. and Donahue Associates handle $4.2 million sale
Stoughton, MA Tosca Drive LLC purchased 31, 117 and 131 Tosca Dr., a three-building 78,000 s/f fully leased portfolio for $4.2 million. David Stubblebine, James Stubblebine and David Skinner represented the buyer and Mark Donahue, principal of Donahue Associates, represented the seller in the transaction.
“The buildings are single-story and occupied almost entirely by Peak Party Rentals. With the dearth of clean single story product available in the Rte. 128 south market, the buyer made an astute purchase,” said David Stubblebine, the principal of The Stubblebine Co.
