The Stubblebine Co. arranges $1.8 million land sale of 63 Londonderry Pike
Hookset, NH The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International negotiated the sale of 12.6 acres of industrial land located 63 Londonderry Pike to Vault Storage.
The recorded sale price was $1.8 million.
Charlie Morgan of Vault permitted 45,000 s/f. He plans to expand his vehicle and boat storage business.
The buyer was represented by Roger Dieker of The Boulos Company. James Stubblebine and Aaron Smith represented the seller, John MacClellan.
