The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International sold a high visibility site to General Truck Center Inc. for $2.105 million
Timothy Rock of General Truck Center (GTC) acquired 109-115 Lindberg Ave.
James Stubblebine, David Stubblebine and Ellen Garthoff represented the seller, Charlie Lanagan, and directly procured the buyer.
The property is ideally suited for GTC's expansion. It is comprised of 16,000 s/f of service garage space on 4.6 acres. According to Rock, the site was chosen because of its close proximity to their current dealership and many of their customers and outstanding hi-way visibility.
James Stubblebine said, "Charlie Lanagan and the entire General Truck Center team were a pleasure to work with and I am confident the site with allow GTC to expand their New England marketplace presence."
