North Reading, MA The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International has completed three sales. They include the following:
• Micah Stubblebine, principal of Stubblebine Co. represented LiCONiC Instruments in the purchase of 73 Concord St. for $1.6 million. The building is 7,560 s/f on .97 acres and is located off I-93 at the Concord St. exit. Taylor Saulnier and Jeremy Cyrier of Mansard Commercial represented the seller, Edmund Henry and Pauline Henry.
• Chris Michniewicz and David Stubblebine of Stubblebine Co. sold a 4,500 s/f industrial building on two acres to JSES Associates, LLC at 9 Sterling Rd. in Billerica for $1.9 million ($422 per s/f). The Stubblebine Co. represented the seller, 9 Sterling, LLC and directly procured the buyer.
• James Stubblebine and Micah Stubblebine sold a 39,000 s/f industrial building to Bake’n Joy Foods at 335 Willow St. in North Andover. The Stubblebine Co. represented the seller, Eastcon, and directly procured the buyer in the transaction.
