Chelsea, MA David Skinner, James Stubblebine, and David Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International represented the seller, Beacham Realty, LLC., in the sale of 410 Beacham St. The property, located 1 mile from Rte. 1 and 2 miles from I-93, consists of a 30,056 s/f industrial building situated on 0.69 acres. The buyer, Miles Gas, was founded in 2019 and owns multiple gas stations in the Boston area.
