David, James, and Micah Stubblebine, principals of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International, sold 1021 Main St., a 28,600 s/f office/flex building on 1.8 acres to Winchester Hospital for $3.8 million. The Stubblebine Co. represented the seller, Winchester Associates, LLC.
1021 Main St. is located one mile from the intersection of Rtes. 93 and 128. The original wood frame structure, along with the concrete block addition built in 1948, was renovated in 1987 with steel construction.
