The Stubblebine Co. handles 15,600 s/f lease for Ryan Development
CMARC, Inc., has entered into a 15,600 s/f long term lease at 7 Lyberty Way.
Micah, James and David Stubblebine and Donald Humpton of The Stubblebine Co. represented the landlord, Ryan Development LLC and procured the tenant.
CMARC provides programs and services for people with disabilities. The building was constructed in 2007 and is close to I-495.
