The Stubblebine Company and CB Richard Ellis complete 60,000 s/f lease

Curtis-Straus, a Bureau Veritas company, has entered into a 60,000 s/f lease at the Littleton Distribution Center. The company will occupy the space in 2009. Micah and David Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Co. represented the tenant. Ed Jarosz, Jeff Hamilton and Bob Gibson of CB Richard Ellis-New England represented the landlord, PR Littleton Expansion LLC.
