The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International brokers 28,800 s/f lease for EPMARC

The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International and Parsons Commercial brokered a long-term 28,800 s/f lease at 841 Woburn St. to CutisPharma, Inc. The building will undergo a renovation to include additional offices, HVAC, and power to accommodate CutisPharma's use. CutisPharma is a specialty pharmaceutical company focusing on developing and commercializing value-added proprietary drug products and technologies in the prescription compounding sector of the pharmaceutical industry. James Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company represented the landlord, EPMARC, and Marci Alvarado of Parsons Commercial represented CutisPharma. The Stubblebine Co. specializes in the lease and sale of large industrial/commercial properties throughout New England.
