The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International brokers $975,000 sale of 21 Ray Avenue

The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International has recently brokered the $975,000 sale of 21 Ray Ave., to Grinnell Mechanical. James Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Co. represented the buyer and Tyler Ewing of Grubb and Ellis represented the seller. The property is located close to the intersection of Rte. 3 and I-95. The building is an attractively landscaped, first class single story industrial building with office space. It is located on a .66 acre. For over 30 years Grinnell Mechanical has provided exceptional HVAC services for commercial customers. Stubblebine said, "21 Ray Ave. was a logical choice for Grinnell Mechanical. Having leased for 10 years from Murray Hills in a nearby property, this property provided an opportunity to own at a reasonable price and the needed expansion for Grinnell." The Stubblebine Co. specializes in the lease and sale of large industrial and flex properties throughout New England and representing tenants and buyer in the marketplace.
