Fragale Building Corp. has purchased an 11,300 s/f industrial building at 3 Craig Rd. for $775,000.
Micah Stubblebine and David Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International represented the seller, Merwin H. Craig, in the transaction, and directly procured the buyer.
According to Micah Stubblebine, "the property has the large paved area and free span interior warehouse that was attractive to a broad range of buyers."
