The Stubblebine Company handles building sale and two leases in MA

Littleton, MA Micah Stubblebine and James Stubblebine, principals of The Stubblebine Company, negotiated the sale of a 12,800 s/f industrial building at 170 Ayer Rd. for $1.187 million. The Stubblebine Co. represented the seller, HCS Realty LLC, while Shirley Cunico of Doherty Properties represented the buyer, ACP Waterjet. ACP Waterjet provides nationwide water jet & Laser cutting services.

In addition, Micah Stubblebine and James Stubblebine negotiated the lease expansion and extension of 20,638 s/f of flex/industrial space at 225 Wildwood Ave. in Woburn, Mass. The Stubblebine Co. represented the landlord, American ULT Cryogenics, LLC, and directly procured the tenant, Primaira LLC.

Also, Micah Stubblebine negotiated the sublease of 10,166 s/f of office/flex space at 37 Manning Rd. in Billerica Mass. The Stubblebine Co. represented the subtenant, Superconducting Systems, Inc. (SSI), while Kurtis Gibbs and David Ross of Cresa Partners represented the sublandlord.

SSI has pioneered the development of cryogen-free superconducting magnets for the pre-clinical MRI applications, and for human MRI applications.
