The Stubblebine Company represents Crosby Drive Realty Trust in $1.95 million purchase

David and James Stubblebine, principals of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International represented Crosby Drive Realty Trust in the purchase of 39 Crosby Dr., a 38,481 s/f single story industrial building. The property sold for $1.95 million. James Lipscomb, senior vice president of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, represented the seller, 39 Crosby Drive Trust. 39 Crosby Dr. is a single story warehouse facility located just minutes from the junction of I-95 and Rte. 3. The building, situated on 5.57 acres and built in 1970, features 22' clear ceiling height, 3 loading docks with levelers, and 2,500 s/f office space. David Stubblebine said, "Crosby Drive Realty Trust plans to utilize the property as their corporate headquarters. The proximity to Rte. 3, Rte.62, and Rte. 128 made the facility extremely appealing to this entity."
