Lowell, MA The principals of RKKC, LLC aka Patriot Care LLC, recently purchased 170 Lincoln St., a 13’ clear 39,000 s/f single story industrial building formerly occupied by Prelco, for $2.075 million.

David, James, and Micah Stubblebine, principals of The Stubblebine Company, represented the seller, while Fran Sagandorf of Taupier represented the buyer in the transaction.

The property is strategically located off the Lowell connector one mile from the intersection of Rte. 3 and Rte. 495. The property offers access to and prominent visibility from the Lowell Connector.

According to James Stubblebine, Patriot Care bought the building because of the wide open floor plan, proximity to major highways and willingness of the city to facilitate the use.
