According to The Wilder Companies, Especially for Pets is joining The Village Shoppes. The Mass.-based pet food and supply company's 5,025 s/f store will open this June.
Dedicated to responsible pet care, Especially for Pets offers only pet friendly products and services. As the pet store created by pet lovers for pet lovers, the products include premium pet foods and supplies including a large doggie bakery filled with canine delectables. Services include state of the art grooming, a matted obedience ring for dog training, and educational seminars addressing all aspects of pet care. The new store will also serve as a resource for pet adoption and rescue services.
Celebrating 21 years in business, the new Village Shoppes location is the company's seventh store. "I am pleased to join the many prestigious retailers of The Village Shoppes and look forward to serving the Canton area pet loving community," said Michael DiTullio, president and owner. Our commitment to this market is strong and long-lasting."
Especially for Pets' Natural Division, formed in 2002, features a variety of natural products. Their interest in holistic pet care and an increased public awareness in natural products is the basis of this segment of the business. By expanding their natural product line and carrying a variety of raw diets as well as natural supplements and treats, customers have a greater selection of products to help their pet achieve and maintain optimal health.

The Village Shoppes is a 282,800 s/f open-air lifestyle center with 40 merchants including Shaw's, Jos. A. Bank, Ann Taylor Loft, Talbots, Bertucci's and Starbucks. It is located at the intersection of Rte. 27 and Washington St.
