Theroux of Drubner brokers $634,790 sale
The Center for Allergy, Asthma & Immunology has purchased a medical condominium unit at 1389 West Main St. The unit consists of 4,883 s/f and was purchased for $634,790. The seller was JME Services LLC of Hartford.
David Theroux of Drubner Commercial Real Estate represented both the buyer and the seller.
