Thompson of Creative Commercial Lending arranges financing
Russell Thompson of Creative Commercial Lending recently arranged financing for the purchase of 105 Wood Ave. The seller was June Debenedetto and the buyers are Robert and June Skuba. The closing agent was Joseph Rigoglioso, Esq. of Shelton. The sale price was $460,000.
The property consists of a single family dwelling and a commercial building containing an auto repair garage and office.
