Three leases signed at the 25,000 s/f Epping Commons
According to Andrew Levy, CCIM of the MEG Companies, three leases have been signed at the 25,000 s/f Epping Commons.
North Atlantic Medical leased 1,200 s/f on the retail level. Dan Scanlon, CCIM of Grub & Ellis|Coldstream R.E. Advisors represented the tenant.
And Anthony Mercadante Financial Services and A Step Up Bookkeeping Services, LLC leased a combined 2,000 s/f of office space. They were represented by Gerry O'Connell of Prime Advantage Real Estate.
