The John J. Flatley Company has secured a long term lease at Malley Farms Business Center, 30 Centre Rd.
Under the terms of the lease, J-PAC LLC / Doyen Medipharm (JPDM) will occupy 24,000 s/f, bringing this single story, flex/R&D commercial property to 100% occupancy. JPDM, a medical device contract manufacturer and supplier of medical manufacturing equipment is expanding their manufacturing operations in Somersworth and will now occupy half of building's 48,000 s/f.
