TimePayment leases 5,900 s/f headquarters
at Cummings’ TradeCenter 128

Woburn, MA National fintech firm TimePayment has moved its headquarters from Summit Dr. in Burlington to a 5,900 s/f space at Cummings Properties’ TradeCenter 128 innovation campus in Woburn.

Founded in 1986, TimePayment provides customized equipment lease financing solutions for commercial clients in a wide range of industries.

“The TimePayment team was looking for a highly visible, first-class headquarters,” said senior leasing director Rob Yacobian, of Cummings. “TradeCenter 128 offers that visibility and upscale environment – plus exceptional value – just a couple miles from their former location.”

Yacobian worked with Eric Solem, managing principal and president at Lee & Associates Boston, to complete the lease. Cummings’ in-house design and construction teams reconfigured a larger suite to create a modern, tailored workspace for the fintech firm.

According to Yacobian, the company maintains an office-based model and places a strong emphasis on workplace culture.

“Having convenient amenities, such as on-site fitness facilities, covered parking, and lunch and post-work dining options can make a meaningful difference for employee engagement,” Yacobian said.

TradeCenter 128 is home to Teresa’s Ristorante Bar & Pizzeria, Apple Spice Boxed Lunch Delivery & Catering, and Tiranga Woburn Indian street food café, along with a fitness center, escape room, dry cleaner, salon, barber shop, and multiple daycare centers.

TradeCenter 128 offers fully built-out first-class space for a range of commercial uses, including corporate offices, laboratories, healthcare facilities, retail storefronts, and executive suites. The property fronts I-95 and is one mile from the I-93 interchange.

TimePayment is a Boston-based fintech company that connects dealers to the customers who will help them grow, businesses to the equipment they need, and brokers to options that will set them apart.
