Tinkham of Tinkham Realty reps CHL Management in 5,760 s/f sale

According to Tinkham Realty, Inc. the sale of 42 Birch St., to CHL Management of Londonderry, LLC has been completed. 43 Birch St. is a free standing 5,760 s/f two story office building, zoned for office/medical use and is located across from Parkland Medical Hospital. The buyer, CHL Management of Londonderry, LLC, plans on leasing a portion of the property for medical or professional use. Judy Tinkham, principal of Tinkham Realty, Inc. represented the buyer CHL Management of Londonderry, LLC, and Chris Goodnow, principal of Goodnow Real Estate represented the seller, West-Rock Endowment Association, Inc. The selling price according to the Registry of Deeds was $530,000.
